Happy Mardi Gras, Carnival & Fettisdagen! Eat some semlor and beignets for me--I'm trying to cut carbs. Our neighbors are from New Orleans and had a Mardi Gras party this weekend. Henry got to ride around the block on the fire engine and pull the horn and turn on the lights. The neighbor's brother owns the fire truck and wants to bring it to Henry's birthday party in May. I think we'll have to take them up on the offer. (Wouldn't Karl be in heaven?)

This is super cute and I am so jealous! Karl would go CRAZY! I just saw the picture and thought.- What did I miss? My mom left Saturday and probably a parade...mmhh, but your neighbor's brother owning a firetruck, that is really cool!
Nice! We had some semlor that Tuesday! Very good. I am at KarlJohans place now, helping him to move into an apartment and leaving the studentroom. Very nice!!! He shall just do some vacuuming in the room - and I have opened a bottle of wine to celebrate! :) Have a nice weekend.
